My clients wanted a home that allowed for extended retirement years and installed a lift and home comforts such as reclining chairs and solid furniture, including some treasured pieces which had endured over the years of raising their family.

They were open to new ideas and a modern contemporary style to suit the architectural design.

 

The original plans were changed extensively, having to adhere to revised guidelines and omitting a third level, but still solving the challenge of incorporating the full wish list and more!
